Litt skuffet over uteområdet med tomme basseng og noe skittent. Rom for forbedringer. God frokost. Gratis transport til flyplass.

Good hotel, good service. Only downside: no dressing rooms close to the outdoor pools. all in all: good hotel, good location and good facilities. Excellent for stop over from airport.

staff was great. Emrah at the recieption was very welcoming, and I was offered an upgrade to a super nice room as I am a regular customer at the hotel. I recommend this hotel to business travelers and tourist alike.

Katlarda lağım kokusu vardı, odalardaki mobilyalarda yanık izleri mevcuttu ve mobilyaların hepsi zarar görmüştü. Spa işletmesi hotelin elinde olmasa bile sonuçta hotelin adı ile anılacağından denetleme olması gerekirdi. Kapalı yüzme havuzu pisti ve ıslak alanda dayanılmaz kötü bir koku vardı. Spa’da çalışan personel de kaba ve suratsızdı. Bir tek hotel resepsiyon çalışanları bana çok yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar fakat otelin geneli bayağı kötü olduğu için ellerinden ne gelirdi ki! Bir daha asla tercih etmem.

Nadire was very Helpful !! thank you for the amazing service. the room service is expensive and i felt was a rip-off. i asked for an ice cup , i was charged 90 TL (almost 4 $)

the property is good and luxury, friendly staff, the only notices are that they don't allow any kind of food delivery, not allowed to bring any food and at the same time they don't have a good restaurant, the over night menu just room service and very bad food ( I tried Pizza which was nasty) another thing the laundry be said "express within same day service" with extra charge, but actually I got my laundry after tow days, in general, the hotel is good and worth to be 5 star hotel if they solve those issues
