The only inconvenient I had was with restaurant on top of it, that it's managed separately from hotel. After giving four different credit cards, they said the machine was not taking them because they were american credit cards? And when I asked why table next to us paid with c/c they told us because it was an European card! They just wanted for us to pay with cash and they just created this show to make us feel embarrassed!! Besides that, hotel is basic but staff and location was excellent.

Breakfast was good with an excellent view of the Blue Mosque from the terrace.. Staff were friendly. They helped us with phone calls, and they were very accommodating even after we checked out.

Excellent location. more than excellent staff. we were 3 in triple room, it was very tiny, no place for walking or moving ,also no place for suitcases , I saw bigger rooms for double. The question :why do not use this big rooms for triple??? Definite i will go to this hotel if I am alone or double, never to use triple room

Lovely stay, very friendly staff excellent food in the dining room with lovely view of the mosque, especially at night. Only downside the room was small and noise from dining room on the floor above.

The air conditioner and the fridge did not work. The room was small. However, the staff were friendly, caring and informative. The view from the dining area was lovely and it was within walking distance of all the major historical attractions.

Cozy, welcoming stay
Wonderful staff! Went with family member to tour and visit local friend. Comfy, clean and quiet accommodations. Great food on top floor of hotel with beautiful view. Front desk/hotel management was very helpful with directions and easy to communicate with as my Turkish was very limited. Great location for popular tourist sites and quick access to taxi or public transportation. Extended our stay a few more days because the hotel was a great choice.

This hotel was an excellent stay while awaiting our cruise. Although a taxi ride from the cruise port it was right in the middle of old town, 2 minute walk to the Blue Mosque and 5 min from the Grand Bazaar. Many restaurants at your doorstep. The staff were very friendly and hospitality. Are flight landed at 5am and we arrived at the hotel before 8am and because our room was vacant they let us in for a much appreciated sleep. Thank you

ブルーモスクから徒歩3分ほど。立地は抜群。 ウェルカムフルーツや無料のボトル入り水とコーヒーなどがあり、その他のアメニティも充実。スリッパもあり助かりました。 朝食会場からのブルーモスクの眺めも最高。トルコ料理も並ぶ朝食は大満足。ただし、スタートが7時45分と遅すぎて、7時台の出発には間に合わない。 周辺はレストランなどが多数あり。立地と価格、サービスや施設を総合して大満足。

Location was close to major attractions, staff was friendly, roof top dining was good. Only negative was the noise! The Hotel is on a popular one lane road that backs up in front of hotel and there’s constant honking. Then 1 block away is a mosque that blares the call to prayer at 5am and wakes you .

The hotel manager was very helpful even before I arrived to the property. He arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel. He also arranged two city tours, which were great. I wanted to extend my stay and he graciously accommodated me. Overall, this property is great, centrally located, amazing rooftop views, and friendly staff.
