Veldig bra service
Det var mye bråk i den etasjen vi bodde i den første natten, men når vi sa i fra fikk vi tilbud om å flytte til en annen etasje med sjøutsikt og kunne nyte resten av oppholdet. Ellers var all servicen veldig bra.

Gammel hotell i fantastisk området
Hotellet var veldig gammel mye veldig veldig gammel rom innholdet , frokost var bra men ikke topp . Ellers hotellet ligger på en fantastisk området , svømmebassenget var fantastisk også 👍

Outdated hotel, but staff keep up the standard.
We had a room with Bosphorus view. The view was nice, and the terrace in the room was of good size. However this hotel is really more than ready for a total makeover. The hotel still looks good in a distance, but the rooms and areas screams for a total makeover. AC did not work. Also there were some loose electrical bits in the room. The lounge is ok, but really needs an update. But even here the staff manages to make the outdated lounge nice, and even manage to keep the old area clean. Staff is very service minded, positive and skilled. The rooms and areas in general are also clean. Beds are wonderful. Nice with a minibar in the room. Not so often we experience a full minibar anymore. The hotels gym is the best hotel gym I have been at. We did not try the pool.

The hotel is under construction and there is awful noise from 9 to 5. You can’t really rest in the room. The hotel is also very old.

Amazing hotel. Looks old from the outside but beautiful and new inside. Very large location that seems well run and organized. Had a great room and was super clean.
