Not as advertised and stinks
Stinkey room (like toilet) and very thin walls so you hear the neighbors very well. And the gym here is not like in the pictures. No treadmills or bikes and full of accounting books. Its not a gym and nothing works. Bad ventilation in the room and you nust therefore keep the window open even when its cold outside. Just a bad concept overall.

All our hotel walls are the same thickness, not very thin.It is written on the entrance door that our gym is partially closed due to renovations.For our customer we opened partially of our gym. Bra hotell, veldig sentralt.
Et bra hotell som ligger veldig sentralt mitt på Taksim plassen. Kort gangavstand til alt i sentrale Istanbul, og 50 meter til Taksim metro stasjon. Vi fikk et stort rom med gode senger og ok standard. Frokosten var grei, men litt begrenset utvalg, spesielt når vi bodde der i 4 netter. Hotellet kan absolutt anbefales.

Midt i smørøye
Et hjemmekoselig hotel med super beliggenhet. Med Metro rett på utsiden er det lett å komme seg til og fra flyplassen. Det er også lett og ta seg rundt i byen med Taksim som utgangspunkt. Personellet var meget hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Rommet var rent og koselig. Frokosten blir på sommerstid servert på takterrassen som har en flott utsikt. Et hotel vi definitivt vil bruke igjen og anbefale til andre.

The location of this hotel is already a good reason to choose everytime you visit Istanbul: It's literally at the heart of the city's best touristic area. Clean rooms, professional staff, they ask you every morning if you need your room to be cleaned and someone will bring you mineral water bottles everyday around 1pm. they have 24hrs reception and a good wake up service.

Wonderful hotel experience. I stayed two nights at the Germir Palas Hotel. Good access to Taksim square and city tourist area. Hotel looks histrionic and a bit old but cleaned well every day. However breakfast is poor. Also, free water in room has not been fullfilled.

Nice hotel, good location, nice staff!
Very nice hotel, right on Taksim. Pros: Location Nice Hotel staff Good Price Nice bed Has a nice bar with nice bar staff. Cons: Very bad insulation between rooms, same with windows, police a blaring horns and sirens all night long.
