fantastic service, decent breakfast, but not the cleanest room I have been to. We were offered a free upgrade room when we arrived which was a positive experience. The beds were comfortable something that is very important for such weekend trips with my girlfriend. The price you pay against what you get 3 + nothing more or less.

Fin beliggenhet, velg et annet hotell i nærheten.
Rommet preg av slitasje, og med elendig belysning - slitsomt å lese i halvmørket. Det verste med rommet var imidlertid elendige senger, og puter som måtte være laget av halm. Totalt sett var det ikke trivelig å oppholde seg på rommet. Det positive med hotellet er en utmerket beliggenhet og et hyggelig personale. Finn imidlertid et annet hotell i nærheten..

L hotel est très bien situé. Juste derrière la mosquée bleue accessible à pied en 5mn. L'hotel se situe dans une rue très animée et fréquentée par bcp de véhicules. Si vous souhaitez un sejour au calme vous serez du côté des habitations avec un vis à vis. Le.personnel est attentionné et plein de bons conseils.pour votre sejour. La chambre est très propre mais equipement un.peu dépassé. Je vois conseille de vous poser e terrasse qui est accessible à tous pour profiter d une belle vue sur le Bosphore. Je remercie l equipe du regency pour sa gentillesse.

Location is very nice. Room was fine. My toilet exhaust fan was not working. I told the staff. They said it will go on. This and that. Actually staff has poor English communication skills. Difficult to explain them. They can’t fix my problem. That results in smell in the room.

This is not a 5 star hotel by normal standards, but is well worth a visit if only for its fantastic location in Sultanahmet, within walkable distance of most of the main sites, and its roof terrace views over the Sea of Marmara. The flip side of its convenient location is the night time noise levels (it's surrounded by restaurants, bars and pubs), but you can't have it all ways - or maybe you can, but only if you pay SIGNIFICANTLY more money. The staff at the hotel are worth a special mention, particularly Necati (SUCH a gentleman), the lovely lady who prepared the breakfast every day, and the very friendly cleaning ladies.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff are all very helpful and kind. The rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable. They have all the amenities - bring your own conditioner if you wish, but shampoo, body wash and lotion are provided. The location is amazing - walking distance to all the major attractions. There are also a few convenience stores down the road if you need to get water, etc. I did not use the Hammam, massage, laundry or other facilities during my time. Would recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perfectly situated - so close to all the historic places we wanted to see. It is on a street full of restaurants which was very convenient, but really well sound proofed. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and beautifully clean. The breakfasts were also great. I can highly recommend this property.

Location is the major advantage of this hotel. Breakfast is average. Front desk staff can be better and friendlier. The man check us out does not understand English well or does not speak English well causing miscommunication. He asked us if we use mineral water we said we did not. We only used the two plastic bottle of water labelled complimentary. He seems frustrated and does not understand what we say.

I stayed there 7 nights and i had great experience. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Everyone from reception to breakfast area were very caring, specially Hussain. Hussain made me feel welcoming during my stay. I will come back again. Hotel is a short walking distance to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and Sultanahmet. Only negative is a bit noisy until midnight coming from the Irish Pub across from the hotel entrance and no bottle water after first night.

La struttura è venduta come un 5 stelle ma in effetti è al massimo un 3 stelle. Questa falsa informazione determina il voto scarso. Per il resto è un ordinario albergo situato a due passi dalle principali attrazioni di Istanbul vecchia. Quindi molto comodo da un punto di vista logistico.

Close to everything. Staff and front desk great. However this was a 3 star hotel and not 5 stars. No amenities , not even a shower cap and i had to ask the front desk. They did not have and they got one from another hotel close by

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. One of the best I have ever experienced. This is coming from a person who travels a lot. The hotel was within 10 min walk of major points of interests ( ayasofia, blue mosque and topkapi). Plenty of food options and the taxi stand was 2 min away.
