Vi reiste til Istanbul den 03.07.21. Bodde på dette hotellet ti dager. Vi hadde flott opphold. Hyggelig personell. Rommet var alltid rent takket være vaskedama Tullay. Varierende og utsøkt frokost og en særdeles god servering. Alltid smilende personell på kjøkkenet. Det er særlig en ung praktikant med navnet Mi som var veldig behagelig og hadde en smil på lur når hun serverte maten til oss. Vi nøt virkelig tiden på bassenget og ble møt av hyggelige servitører som var alltid hjelpsomme. Eneste ulempen er hotellet ligger ikke så langt fra Ataturk flyplass og dermed og kav være litt forstyrrende fordi flyene fløyt veldig veldig lavt.

I utgangspunktet ett flott hotell som ligger nært flyplass, Istanbul akvarium og ett flott kjøpesenter. Flott promenade rett nedenfor. Fin velkomst og rask innsjekk. Spindelvev, edderkopper på rommet og skitten sofa trekker ned. Flott bad. Ville ikke bedømt dette til 5*. Tror ikke man velger dette igjen, ikke verd prisen.

Nice facilities and great breakfast
Nice pool, good gym and an excellent breakfast. Room was non-smoking but smelt like that was not the case? Door to balcony was broke, but was fixed when pointed out. Good beds. All om all a pleasant stay.

Good stay close to the airport and free shuttle service. Good service and friendly staff. As expected from Crowne Plaza hotel. Nice pedestrian lane along the sea. Some noise outdoor from landing planes but nothing to complain about.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen, einziger Nachteil: Wir haben die Mini Bar während des Aufenthaltes nicht benutzt, beim auschecken, waren zwei offene Redbull Rechnungen vorhanden, wobei es sich herausgestellt hatte (aufgrund ähnlicher Fälle) dass der Putzmann der täglich die Zimmer putzt, sich an der Mini Bar bedient hatte. Gäste sollten unbedingt darauf achten, falls Getränke oder Essen aus der Mini Bar fehlen, dieser der Rezeption mitzuteilen, um Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden. Alles andere war Top!

Wonderful experience
There was some issues with the room, but the manager went out of her way to make sure everything was rectified. She personally checked on me every day to make sure that I was satisfied. It was a great experience.
