"The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout, and the room itself was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. However, the stay felt surprisingly expensive, especially when it came to food. We were served an overpriced salad that consisted of about 90% leafy greens with cold fries on the side, which was quite disappointing. The check-in experience lacked information. We received very little guidance about the hotel’s facilities and services and had to figure everything out ourselves as the days went by. An information pack would have been greatly appreciated, as we spent quite some time feeling confused. Another major downside was the noise. During our short stay, there were several events and a wedding, with loud music playing until 5 a.m. It’s nice that the hotel hosts celebrations, but it was extremely frustrating when we were there to relax and get a good night’s sleep. One final annoyance was that the reception could not offer even a simple paracetamol free of charge when we suddenly got a headache and the pharmacies were closed for the night. Overall, while the hotel itself is attractive and the staff pleasant, the experience did not fully meet expectations given the price."
