«We could hear a lot of noise coming from adjacent rooms and the hallway all night making it hard to sleep properly. When checking out they claimed we didn't pay so we had to pay a second time. Was originally paid through hotels.com - Ive never experienced this at a hotel before. Took forever to serve breakfast as well. That said the hotel was clean and in good standards»

«The entire property was clean but unfortunately the pool was very slippery that I almost fell when entering. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We needed to do laundry and they allowed us to use their laundry facility. The view from the hotel was beautiful and breathtaking. The breakfast was very delicious everyday. Don Gonzalo was very kind and helpful.»

«This place is truly magical. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxation.
The customer service is outstanding, with staff ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the volcano view was a highlight.
The pool is amazing, perfect for pictures, and offers a breathtaking spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The added bonus of kayaks made the experience even more enjoyable. One day was not enough— will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

«This place is so beautiful and peaceful! The view of the volcano is amazing! You can sit under the stars at night in a comfortable hammock and feel the breeze come from the volcano! Highly recommended place to stay the bed is really comfortable as well! »
