«The lodge is in a beautiful setting and staff were very helpful. It was a bit remote from the main part of Bariloche, and driving in and out through the security gate was a mess. We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update.»

The hotel has a telescope and upon coordination they brought an astronomer. In spite of this, the staff made sure that the kitchen and spa were operating. - Great, personal service - Good, home cooked food for all meals. Our room was very nice and had a lake view. This was very important as the rooms are not air conditioned.
