«Very disappointed and frustrated in the communication and the check-in. I had to reach out to the host to ask about the check in codes and info. At that time, I was informed that there was a delay in the check-in due to some repairs in the apartment. «Zero star but excellent view. The unit was full of small ant and spiders, no one is clearly managing the unit or cleaning it properly. There was ants in the luggage bags and we had to be the ones cleaning the apartment. You can’t sit at the table and have dinner because bugs will go on your plate. Better to stay at a hotel. The building itself was relatively new, good gym with a view and the apartments views were amazing. Just be ready to clean yourself.»
