"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right near Tivoli and great shopping options. We were thrilled to be allowed an early check-in on our arrival day, which was a fantastic bonus. The staff were exceptionally service-minded throughout our stay, and they even surprised our child with a lovely gift—such a thoughtful touch! The bed was absolutely fantastic and super comfortable, and it was very quiet and peaceful at night with great blackout curtains that blocked out all the light. The Wi-Fi worked seamlessly, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a delicious selection. There was honestly nothing to complain about. The only thing that would have made it a full 5/5 is if the hotel also had a swimming pool. Otherwise, an incredible stay—we would love to come back!"
