«The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room. «Zu Beginn wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Leider hat sich dieser positive Eindruck im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts schnell geändert. Wir hatten mehrfach Stromausfälle, teilweise abends beim Fertigmachen, aber auch morgens. Zudem war das WLAN während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr unzuverlässig. «The property was located about 15-20 minutes walk from major attractions like the basilica and the opera house. Parking was a 5 minute walk from the property and the access was very tight for an economy car. The accommodations were generally clean. The shower had mold in the tiles and there was only one very small bar of soap and some packets of liquid soap. It would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner.
