«The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.»

«The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff were amazingly friendly! The location is nice - situated close to but not in the French Quarter. The bed was very close to the air conditioner and it made it difficult to get the temperature adequately adjusted. Parking was awesome!»

«Beautiful hotel but you’ll quickly realize how unorganized it is. Also our SHARED balcony door didn’t have a lock, and the bathroom door didn’t close. We had to wait around not once but twice when we tried to check in. When we finally checked in there was no one behind the desk and we had to wait for the next staff member to come into work.. apparently it was the persons last day and she left earlier than she was supposed to and didn’t even tell anyone.
