«This was our first time in the Cape Ann area, and we sure did choose wisely on renting this home. The owners did a phenomenal job remodeling this home. It is extremely well appointed, and the attention to details was great. It really was a 5 minute walk to Good Harbor Beach where we took some amazing pics including a spectacular sunrise. The home was convenient to everything we wanted to do and all the restaurants. We absolutely will stay here again, and think you should too.»

«The unit was very clean and walking distance to the beach. One thing that would be a huge improvement would be a new mattress on the queen bed. The unit is pet friendly but the owner/manager could go above and beyond and recommend the renter research pet friendly areas for exercising their pet (the main area is very limited on pet access). Communication was very timely and thorough and friendly. I recommend this group as someone worth doing business with.»

«We loved our stay at this cozy cabin. It was a quick walk to the beach and quiet and peaceful at night. It's a smaller space with tight parking, but not a problem if you drive a smaller passenger vehicle and are under 6' 😉 Janet did a great job decorating the place and organizing a small area. Worth the price!»
