«Fancy hotel with a nice pool and spa area. Busan is a hot and humid place, old carpets make the air quality in the rooms barely acceptable. Wouldn't recommend to the people with allergies or asthma. Breakfast was good but certainly not 5*. You can get a similar breakfast in the hotels nearby for 1/3 of the price. »

«V classy and well organised hotel. Lots of staff making it all run v smoothly. Great room service and front desk. Nothing to criticise except, maybe, the insanely expensive breakfast. But that’s optional. This hotel was the only of the 5 on our trip who mentioned tax free on the bill is possible (at the airport). No small deal. »

I paid extra for sea view, but it ended up to be quite noisy from street outside as we stayed not so high floor »

«In the taxi, the driver didn't speak English and couldn't understand our destination. I emailed the hotel asking for directions in Korean for the driver, and they replied within two minutes—amazing service!
As we arrived at the hotel, we got upgraded to a better room without asking. The hotel staff were amazing, polite and professional. The room was fantastic with sea view, spacious bed and big bathroom with two sinks.
Great location near Haeundae Beach, and a traditional market, as well as ...
