This is a 3 bedroom and 2-bathroom Vacation Villa with a private spa & swimming pool that is located directly along the green of hole 5. You will find that the cozy living room is perfect for any family to relax and enjoy after a long day in the sun. The living room comes complete with a flat screen TV and Internet access.
Adjacent to the Living room you will find the dining room which has seating for 6 guests. The kitchen has all you could need from pots and pans to upgrades such as appliances and amply countertops.
The master bedroom is located at the left side of the living room and comes with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, the first guest bedroom has a King-size bed, and the next guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and share the second bathroom. The private pool has a large covered area, with a table for 6. Around the pool there is ample room and has lounge chairs. The pool & spa can be heated with an electric heat pump, upon request (extra charge). The ideal vacation spot to enjoy the golfers, lots of birds and the tranquility of the Lakeside CC.

Guests have access to the entire house, except a closet in the guest`s bedroom that is locked for the owners` private belongings.

At the heart of this welcoming small city of 7,000 is Florida’s incredible Withlacoochee State Trail.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.

Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.

Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
