«I stay on the river every year with a group to do a paddle board trip. The location was perfect, was a short paddle from the main river and walking distance from the restaurant and Roger’s park. The house looks like it was recently renovated, it’s super cute and there was plenty of room for our large group. «The house was perfect for our family of 8. Age ranges 55-5 years. It was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The out door living areas were perfect for the little ones to play in the water and fish. Due to the property being located at the end of the canal there was not a lot of boat/kayak traffics to worry about with the kids swimming. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. «We had a great stay at the “Tree House”. We stayed 7 nights and kayaked most days with the provided kayaks. We also used the bikes and checked out the neighborhood. The channel was quiet compared to the river especially since there was some spring break activity still going on. The river was crazy busy on the weekend but that’s probably fun for younger people.
