«DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. «Overall we had a good, comfortable stay. The lodge felt clean ( although a couple of towels and the bedding in the main bedroom smelt mildly of damp). The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was lovely and strong. We dropped a star because of inaccurate listing which said that WiFi was included. "This is a nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff, but the so-called ‘cosy’ rooms are very small with small windows that can not be opened fully. While we were in Inverness, the temperatures were fairly high with around 25 degrees Celsius, and with such a small window the room got very hot. The staff gave us two small fans, but we still did not sleep very well. Apart from that, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had very good standard"
