The second living space includes a TV, modular couch, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and wood fire heater, ensuring comfort all year round. The dining table seats six, with an additional five stools around the kitchen island. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure while staying connected with family and friends. Sliding doors open onto the rear deck for alfresco dining, complete with a natural gas BBQ—no running out of fuel mid-meal!

Bedrooms two and three feature ceiling fans and share a family bathroom with bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet. A full laundry with washing machine is also provided.

The landscaped outdoor area includes a convenient outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach, making this property a complete coastal escape.

This property does include linen - sheets and towels. Please note that firewood, kindling and fire starters are not provided. Firewood and kindling can be purchased from the service station nearby.
