«Veldig god service fra alle ansatte. Alle går virkelig inn for å møte alle ønsker man har. Eks. Servitøren i restauranten fikk kokken til å lage en mindre posjon av grønnsaksuppen, slik at vi kunne kombinere den med en annen rett for 1 pris. :-) veldig behjelpelige med turer/transport (også til Machu Picchu). Hotellet ligger ca 30 min med bil fra Aguas Callientes (hvor toget går til Machu Picchu), men taxien koster nesten ingenting (100 sol) så det gjør ingenting at man ikke bor i Aguas ...

«Beautiful property located in a very special and unique part of the Sacred Valley. If you want the most luxurious stay in this area, this will be it. Service was great. Pre arrival communication was good but not great. I ran out of shampoo whilst taking a shower. Rooms didnt have AC or TV that I could tell. Pool couldve used some skimming of debris. Otherwise perfect stay. Make sure to feed the alpacas!! You can catch the Hiram Bingham train to Machu Pichu literally right outside hotel entrance ...

«Aranwa looks like it has been a fantastic hotel, but it isn't anymore. The premises are fantastic, but not well maintained. Food was absolutely terrible, we almost couldn't eat it. Breakfast was also terrible. And this is quite shocking since all the other food we god in Peru has been amazing. The location in the Sacred Valley is nice but not a must. For going to Machu Picchu I would consider staying in Aguas Calientes instead. And the WiFi didn't work. »
