«Very disgusting wanted us to throw our poop paper in a waste basket and not flush it down the toilet told me that the previous people that rented took off with the key never changed the locks. Just had to deal with it. Very bad poor communication no information prior to arriving worst place ever.»

«This is a lovely property. We had a little trouble with getting the right code, but once that was straightened out it was perfect. The house was a good fit for us with dogs. The yard was wonderful. Everything was clean and newer. »

«Was clean and decorated nice…..thanks»

«House was clean. Nice layout. Woodwork is very charming. Fenced in backyard was a lovely place to toss around a frisbee and kick a soccer ball. House was close to a grocery store and other amenities. Kitchen was stocked with everything one needs. Recommend others staying here if you need to be in the area.»

«The house accommodated 14 of us quitecomfortably. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great additions to our stay. Our host was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely return and highly recommend this house.»

«The house and it's setting were wonderful! There were enough rooms for the 4 couples and 3 teenagers in our group. I agree with another reviewer that the beds are full size, not queen size. There is one standalone shower downstairs, which made showering a little issue with that many people. The property manager, Steve, was ...

«Property matched the listing exactly. Will be staying again!»

«We went there for a Navy graduation and it was close to the base with fun stuff to do in the area. Family friendly because it had enough beds for everyone to sleep well, open living area to hang out, and lots of tvs for everyone’s liking.»

«The unit is very clean and nicely furnished. Communication with the owners was fast and efficient. It should be pointed out that there is no formal dining or food preparation area, a fridge microwave and toaster are available, but that is the extent of the kitchen facilities. Our biggest concern was we had no cell service at all in the unit or on the property.»

«I hope I can come back and add more to this review as I don't have a lot of time, but our stay here just north of Chicago was a great experience, great house, and great communication with the host. I've never stayed somewhere that the host was so attentive to our needs. He went above and beyond. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely seek out one of Tim's properties.»

«We enjoyed our stay, just had a few issues with air conditioning, but host was able to get it fixed quickly.»

«Repeat guest! We will be looking for this property again if we stay in the same area.»
