«The studio apartment itself was great - very spacious, very well-equipped and exceptionally clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The check in process was easy and straightforward. The location is good, being very close to Woolloongaba restaurants/eateries and an easy 18 minute walk to South Bank. Buses also run continuously to South Bank from the Mater Bus Station. The only negative thing I should mention, is that it is very noisy with constant traffic noise, sirens and helicopters, ...

«The breakfast could certainly get an upgrade. One coffee machine fr e while hotel so 15 minutes wait to get one, that did not help either. And do met even get me started on the management. But all in all, we will never use this chain of hotel again in my companies, not here or any other place in the world. Honesty and humanity goes a long way, and the management in this hotel have a lot to learn!»

«The Lancaster may have a few years on her, but the owners have kept it very clean and comfortable. It's a short walk for food, groceries and the bottle shop. Considering it's on the main road, it's relatively quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it's great value for the price. I'd stay again if the need arises.»
