Wife checked in for us, they said they couldn’t find reservation. There was a misunderstanding due to a prior cancellation. Our reservation was a legitimate one, the complaint is not about the reservation status, but more about how they treated my wife. They made her feel like she was in the wrong, that she was being done a favor by being given the room that we had booked, and that the only reason why that was happening was because they wanted the revenue, and that she had called me and put me on speakerphone. The person working for the hotel could tell that I was ready to stick up for her, and he offered a room that he previously could have given her without all of the drama. Not happy at all with this experience, if you are a husband make sure your wife does not check in by herself because these guys will try to take advantage other good nature.
