«Bottleworks is very unique hotel- beautiful restoration of the Coca Cola factory. Very spacious rooms and hallways with interesting exhibitions like an old photo cameras on the wall. Nice area around and parking garage just across the street - 18$ parking. Will stay there when I visit Indianapolis !»

«The room we had was great. It was spacious and the tall ceilings made it feel even more spacious. The elevator needed some repairs because most of the handrails were falling off. Depending on what kind of experience you want, this location was located near a few bars with people enjoying themselves.»

«Super convenient location for our downtown activites. Underground parking was great, but a little pricey ($40/day). It did have in and out privileges. The room was super clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. The front desk staff were very helpful when we came into the lobby soaking wet after getting caught in a downpour at the Indians baseball game. She saw how dripping wet we were, got towels and a plastic bag to take home our wet clothes. Thanks so much»

«While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I ...

«The location is excellent. However, their mattress can use a bit of upgrade. You can hear the spring when you sit on it. We've been waking up with back pain and stiffness everyday. Beware of parking. We only parked the car for 2 nights even though we stayed 6 nights. The check in staff told me that I will only get charged 2 nights as long as I tell the front when I return my rental. I specifically went to the front desk notifying them that please make sure to only charge 2 nights of parking ...
