«Good value»

«Staff was rude and not helpful. Room was not clean. Toilet leaked. This is a horribly run place»

«Love the nostalgia of the hotel. Great river view. The owner is very nice and helpful.»

«Beautiful home. In room bathroom. 2 Shared showers, lovely kitchen, reading areas.»

«I like the location near Linton. The suite was nice. My wife liked the room set up with two recliners in the living room area.»

«Great, quiet, and conveniently located spot. We had all we needed and our dog enjoyed the private fenced in backyard. Thanks for the stay!»

«Great property, enjoyed the stay.»

«Appliances were a little old and the cleanliness could have been a little better. Great communication with the owner Sam.»

«Main reason for the 4 stars is the non-functioning Mini-Split style Air-Conditioning units. The host/property management had installed two window A/C units, so we give them credit for that and that there was A/C in the unit. However these are simply obnoxious in noise and (strong) blowing cold air. Unit was clean and bright, nicely accommodated. Parking may seem inconvenient based on the information provided, but in reality wasn't an issue at all (always available street parking in close ...

«This is not a regular vacation house. This is like staying at the vacation house of your long lost college buddy. House is fine, clean, spartan, has everything you need; what it doesn't have, host will send over in 30 seconds. But the host is something else. Bill is attentive, funny, eager to help, wealth of information on jogging, biking, fishing. Like I said, a long lost college buddy. A fishing pond is your front yard, hiding behind half mile of wooded path, you feel like Batman driving to ...

«We really enjoyed our stay at this property, and the fact that our hosts took the extra effort in ensuring we had access to a lot of everyday essentials. We definitely plan to return to this location when next we visit.»

«Close to the water, just a short walk from the property. Quite and relaxing, Like a home away from home.»

«Excellent »

«Property was in a beautiful location. You can hear the river. Interior was well kept and very clean. Thoughtful additions including games, movies, beach floats for river, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, picnic shelter with tables/chairs and grills, outdoor games, and plenty of household supplies even laundry pods for washer. Good communication, prompt answer to inquiries, and easy check in and out process.»

«We had a wonderful stay at The Guest House on Terrace! Char and Greg were incredibly kind, polite, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect for our family. We loved being able to walk down the hill to the farmers market and grab coffee right across the street. It made the whole stay feel easy and relaxing. The home was everything we could have hoped for. We would absolutely stay here ...

«This is an ideal spot if you’re planning to visit a child at Ball State! There is a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for hosting a home cooked meal. Helpful tip: be sure to watch your step as you step down from the kitchen. The bathroom houses an amazing shower with plenty of water pressure. Oh, and the site has THE most comfortable bed and pillows that I’ve ever experienced in a VRBO! We will be back!»

«This is a beautiful rental was comfortable seating and excellent views out into the pasture. The mature trees as you drive in beside the barn or thick and offer great shading. There are marked parking spaces on a pea gravel parking lot for 3 to 4 cars. It’s a circle drive so if you had a longer vehicle or aren’t the best at backing up, there’s an ample room to do so. It’s on a dead end so there’s no traffic to deal with. outdoor seating with a fire pit allows for rest and relaxation.The ...
