«Property was beautiful and having beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon was wonderful. Everyone staying there was friendly! Pool was very clean. Being 1 block from the beach was super conveient. »

«What a great little gem! If you’re looking for a place as a couple or small family, I highly recommend! Great location in my favorite town IRB!Super comfy beds, updated bathroom with great waterfall shower head and everything basic that you need.Generously stocked with beach chairs, towels and a few extra amenities! «What a fabulous property! Sitting out by the water was heavenly. Owners left paddle boards, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a wagon. We had a blast making use of everything.
I cannot overstate how peaceful and lovely this property is. So close to the busy beach, but right in front of the peaceful intracoastal. And we were there during spring break, so…
Accommodations are homey and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here! We hope to return soon! »

«This location was perfect for a family get-together for New Year's Eve...3 generations, three adults, two children and 2 dogs... Close to a beautiful beach where it is walkable if you choose or there is also public beach parking nearby. We would definitely go back to this rental in the future. Andi was great with providing checkin details, bring pets and a providing a pack and play for the 1 yr old. She was very quick to reply with assistance and questions.»
