«We stayed at this beautiful Merritt Island condo while my son and I were in town for the Space Coast Half Marathon and Marathon on 11/30/2025. The place was clean, comfortable, and even better than the photos. I accidentally left a few items behind, and the hosts were incredibly kind and shipped them back to me right away. Wonderful stay and wonderful people. We’ll definitely look into staying here again in the future!»

«We greatly enjoyed our stay over 4th of July!!!! The condo was very clean, well decorated, and had the most comfy beds and couch! The condo was so well stocked with literally everything you may need…beach towels, wagons, mini coolers, beach chairs, you name it! The building is an older building, however when you step inside the condo you forget about it being older with how well taken care of “pretty” the inside is. I think our favorite part was not having to hike miles to get to the ocean/sand! ...

«Do not stay here. Terrible experience. Please see pics of the outdoor area. (Pool area I've visited for several years) The owner doesnt mention this in the ad, but defends the facility by saying he didnt advertise the pool in the ad, he just neglects to say its a disaster area. Go somewhere else. I left immediately the next morning. Ended up paying for 2 VRBO s that week. VRBO was also useless during dispute process. Consider other platforms.»

«the place was perfect. great view of river. able to see SpaceX taking off. great pool but only 1 table with an umbrella. the bed in the master bedroom was concave in the middle and very difficult to get out of. only a blender was found - no crock pot or electric hand mixer. no great metal baking dishes. all in all I would stay there again but the kitchen could use more small appliances. also no kitchen hand towels. I had to use white ones from the bathroom»
