The 66 m² apartment features a living/sleeping area with a double bed and sofa bed, a bathroom, and accommodates up to 4 guests. It is located on the second floor of the main house. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. Please note: there is no private kitchen in the apartment. However, a shared kitchen is available in the gallery on the first floor. For groups or large families: this apartment is internally connected by stairs to Apartment Auszeit on the first floor and Apartment in der Stube on the ground floor, allowing you to book multiple units together if needed.

This vacation home features a shared open terrace for relaxing evenings. Public transport is just a 2-minute walk away and can be used free of charge with the Echt-Bodensee Card.



Important information for group bookings or large families: The apartments "Apartment in der Stuben" on the ground floor, "Apartment Auszeit" on the first floor, and "Suite Heustadel" on the second floor are connected by internal stairs and can be combined. You can book the entire half of the house or, for example, "Apartment Auszeit" with "Suite Heustadel."



There are 13 parking spaces in total. Up to two dogs are allowed (for an extra fee). Smoking and events are not permitted. The entrance door is under video surveillance.
