Apartment Auszeit with balcony, WLAN and shared terrace

The Auszeit apartment is located in Immenstaad on Lake Constance and is perfect for an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones. The 66 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people. Other amenities include WLAN Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A baby crib and high chair are also available. This vacation home has a private balcony where you can relax in the evening and there is also a shared terrace.



Important information for group bookings/ large families: This vacation home is connected to the apartment in the Stube on the ground floor and to the Heustadel suite on the 2nd floor by internal stairs. This means that either the whole half of the house can be booked together if required, or you can book 2 apartments.

This vacation rental features a shared open terrace for relaxed evenings.

The accommodation is just a 10-minute drive from the historic old town of Meersburg, with nearby attractions such as the Affenberg, the island of Mainau, the World Heritage Stilt Houses (pile dwellings) and the Zeppelin Museum. Public transportation is within 2 minutes walking distance and is free of charge with the Echt Bodensee Card.

Important information for group bookings/ large families:

The vacation apartments “Apartment in der Stuben” on the ground floor, “Apartment Auszeit” on the 1st floor and “Suite Heustadel” on the 2nd floor are connected by internal stairs and can therefore be combined. This means that either the whole half of the house could be booked together if required, or you could book 2 apartments, e.g. “Apartment Auszeit” 1st floor with “Suite Heustadel” 2nd floor.



The apartments “Apartment ehemalige Backstube” and “Gartensuite” can also be combined through a connecting door at the entrance and could both be booked together if required.



A total of 13 parking spaces are available for the house.

Up to two dogs are allowed. Additional charges apply on site for the use of pets.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

The entrance door is monitored with video.

Costs incurred on site can be paid by credit card, EC card or cash.

The kitchen is shared.
