«A beautiful hotel in a very peaceful location. Very friendly staff. A nice touch was a few beds on the beach accessed by a path through the woods. Our room was exceptional with a large pool within a few metres. Breakfast was good if very simple. My only suggestion would be to cook eggs to order rather than in one go and letting them go cold and unappetising. They must waste lots. However this is a small point. This is a great small hotel. »

«We had an amazing 2 days at the Grand Elis Hotel. From the start the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The property is beautiful and serene and the service food and cocktails were superb!! Will definitely visit again. Thank you to the staff!»

«This hotel could be so much better. Initial impressions are “wow” but then you start to see the cracks and the fact it needs some TLC and attention to detail. The location is amazing with stunning views but the biggest issue is the air conditioning in the room - we struggled to get it below 28C because the system is old and hasn’t been serviced, especially in the main bedroom. We had to ask for a fan from the manager to make it bearable so we could sleep. At circa £400 a night you expect better ...
