Located in the pretty seaside village of Combe Martin, you could enjoy paddleboarding and kayaking or spend time rock pooling. Watch the sun set with a bag of fish and chips or while at one of the restaurants or pubs that offer locally caught fish. Visit Lynton and Lynmouth and take a ride on the funicular railway and walk through the magnificent Valley of the Rocks Should you choose to venture further, Exmoor National Park is 5 miles away and has its magical moorlands, woodland walks and pretty villages with local pubs to stop on the way. For those more adventurous, try Quad biking at Key Pitts or Horse Riding at Mullacott Equestrian Centre. For a sandy beach that has 3 miles of golden sands, the award-winning beach of Woolacombe is only 10 miles away. This beautiful beach is known to be a mecca for surfers and has a plethora of shops, restaurants and pubs. Or sit on the infamous Barricane beach (11 miles) and enjoy a homemade Sri Lankan curry in the summer.

On entering this stylish cottage, you will notice the contemporary feel. With a elegant comfy seating to relax on after a day of exploring the North Devon countryside, you can look forward to enjoying a movie night in with the Smart TV in front of the wood burner effect fire. The modern kitchen is a great place to cook up a favourite recipe with everything you need for an evening in or to make some snacks for the day's adventures. Completing this floor is the beautiful family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Taking the stairs to the first floor, there are two bedrooms which comprise of a lovely king-size with a Smart TV and a wonderful twin bedroom, with a Smart TV.

To the back of the cottage are steps leading up into the garden with a decked area where you can sit and dine alfresco with the charcoal BBQ and listen out for the roar of the lions from the nearby Combe Martin Wildlife Park. To the top of the garden is the perfect work hub for those that have to keep in the loop whilst on a break, with bi-fold doors to let the outside in on a warm day, a desk, an Apple computer, Smart TV, a fussball table, and comfy seating.
