«If you do anything book this hotel! From the moment you arrive on the airstrip you’re greeted with nothing but the best hospitality. The staff really make this place amazing. Daniel the manager and Denis the safari guide work alongside the staff to make sure you have the best experience. From the moment you wake up in your gorgeous suite to the moment you enter your safari car the experience is like no other. We came here on our honeymoon and can say it had been one of our best experiences to ...

«What an incredible stay! The staff here are just so welcoming and exceptional, truly top-notch. This place has it all, from ultimate relaxation to an unforgettable safari experience. If you're heading to the Serengeti, this is the only place I'd suggest staying at.»

«Il lodge é favoloso, nuovo e con un personale davvero accogliente. Le stanze sono delle bellissime tende ben arredate e il cibo é il migliore che abbiamo gustato durante il nostro safari. Struttura consigliatissima, zebre che mangiano di fronte alle tende e qualche avvistamento di leoni. Marco,Nicolas e lo chef delle persone squisite. Grazie mille! Hasante »

«Ok experience. Nothing more and nothing less. Two Norwegians pretty used to comfort and good accommodations, and this wasn’t all the way as expected at this price level, even though it’s Serengeti. The staff were very bad in English, so we found ourselves lost in translation very often. Which made planning a safari a bit of a challenge. However, our safari guide was fantastic. The food was ok, but variety was not good at all. The worst: This hotel is MUCH more expensive than they disclose ...

«Belle expérience»

«Mussa and his team are fabulous. I went with my two sons in July 2026. The location of Pumba Luxury Camp is amazing. You feel the thrill of sleeping in the middle of the bush, surrounded by tall grass and wondering what animals could be hiding there. But the staff is constantly patrolling the area. No need to worry. They always escort you from your tent the lobby and dining area, and back again. Very attentive people. And kind. They taught Swahili words to my sons :) great human capital in Pumba ...

«Remote glamping. Feels like a miracle that this camp in the middle of the Serengeti has hot water, electricity, Internet, and white tablecloth dining. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is not for the faint hearted or light sleeper. There are delightful animal noises at night. Baboons come into the camp at dusk. You need an escort to the dining tent after dark (easily arranged by telephone). I had a buffalo outside my tent one night. I never felt unsafe though. I would strongly recommend to ...

«Amazing property and management! Everything and everyone was very friendly and great! Rooms are huge, hot showers, amazing breakfast and dinner. Staff was super helpful and went beyond our needs. Definitely book, you will nit be sorry! We saw a lot of lions, zebras and other animals on the property.»

«Good for price but not luxury tent»

«Een oase in de Serengeti! We hebben ons verblijf zelfs verlengd, zo fijn was het. Prachtige tenten, super personeel en heerlijk eten: Het complete plaatje. Het is wat ver (dik anderhalf uur) van de Mara-river, maar de perfecte plek om na een intense safari-dag aan te spoelen.»

«Nice location, spacious tent with luxurious design. We got to watch a group of wildebeest running in front of our tent and also had pumabaa visited too. Staff are very helpful to make our stay memorable and comfortable. Highly recommend.»

«Dårlig»

«La struttura è molto spartana, il mangiare è scarso e non buono. Abbiamo avuto lunch box con panini vuoti! Il rapporto qualità prezzo è assurdo! ...poi il serengheti ripaga di ogni inconveniente!»

«IEverything was amazing , specially Julius , John and all the staff with great heart. Can"t wait to come back .»

«Zimmer makellos. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit»

«We booked this lodge almost a year ago. It is a new and there were no reviews at the time of booking. We arrived at 1330 and we were not able to access our room until 1400. Once we entered the room the temperature was well over 90F/32C. There is no fan in the room. There are two small windows in the rear, however there is no screen to keep the bugs out. When we went to the front desk to request a portable fan were we told none were available. We ended up sitting outside the room until 1800. We ...
