«Ok experience. Nothing more and nothing less. Two Norwegians pretty used to comfort and good accommodations, and this wasn’t all the way as expected at this price level, even though it’s Serengeti. The staff were very bad in English, so we found ourselves lost in translation very often. Which made planning a safari a bit of a challenge. However, our safari guide was fantastic. «We booked this lodge almost a year ago. It is a new and there were no reviews at the time of booking. We arrived at 1330 and we were not able to access our room until 1400. Once we entered the room the temperature was well over 90F/32C. There is no fan in the room. There are two small windows in the rear, however there is no screen to keep the bugs out.
