Step out onto the private uncovered terrace at the back of the house, equipped with a private barbecue, outdoor shower, and a small table perfect for breakfast or relaxing moments in nature. Parking is available both on the property (1 private spot) and on the street. Smoking indoors, pets, and events are not allowed. For your safety, a security camera continuously records the outdoor parking area.
