«Had a nice stay here over christmas. The hotel is nice and clean and have a friendly helpfull staff. It is close to the railwaistation. BUT it is to far to the centre to tokyo, about 30 minutes, so we booked another hotel in the same chain for our last 4 nights.»

«I stayed here for 8 nights during my trip to Tokyo. It’s a great location if you want to stay in a calmer area while having easy access to the city center via Nishi-Kasai Station.
The room I had for a single person was a bit small when I was packing my suitcase, but other than that I have no complaints and would love to return in the future.»

«Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, not only in Japan! The rooms are a great size (not your typical small rooms in Japan). The shower room was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have free shuttle to Disney parks. They have free luggage storage, a Lawsons accessible right from the hotel lobby. Was a 10 minute walk to a mall, convenience store and authentic restaurants. Close walk to paid shuttles (~1300 yen per adult) to both major airports. ...

«This hotel is very average for a couple of reasons. First off the rooms are VERY VERY small. We could hardly move around in the room or unpack the luggage.
The service was also very average. If we lost the key card they would charge 5000 yen extra (luckily we didn't loose it). I asked if they could throw a worn out backpack for us, and they wanted 2000 yen for that (Unreal!) etc etc.
What we liked the best was rhe location (very close to a great sento, 7/11, Life supermarket and Skytree ...

«Love the Hotel. Easy access from the train station. Room spacious. Felt like an open space because of corner windows. Very clean. Nice staff. The breakfast was AMAZING. A lot to choose from. Always enough food. Also the snack in the evening was very nice . I would stay there any time - with love from Norway . »
