«We arrived early in the morning after a long journey. We asked if it was possible to check in earlier, but we were told that check-in was strictly at 3:00 PM. There was also no place to store our luggage, so we had to sit and wait from the morning until 3:00 PM before we could check in. The room was clean and included a kitchen and a bathroom. «Loved the location and the property setup. Very spacious for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and was so close to everything. Room was clean, modern and had all that we needed. «The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.»
