Was robbed in the room by staff!
Jeg har desverre valgt og kategorisere dette hotellet med den dårligste anbefalingen og dette er kun pga at kjæresten og jeg ble frastjålet en del verdisaker på selve rommet etter vask på rommet, så jeg kan ikke fatte at det er noen andre en de som rydder rommet som har tatt dette. Vi ble frastjålet opptil 4 par med dyre solbiller som vi desverre ikke hadde låst inn i safen. Jeg har aldri opplevd noe lignende og tenkte heller ikke så mye på å låse inn brillene på rommet. Ellers så kan jeg ikke si noe annet at hotellet i seg selv er veldig fint og flott, bra frokost buffet, basseng området osv... Men jeg kommer ALDRI til å booke dette hotellet igjen!! Was robbed in the room by staff!: I have unfortunately chosen and categorize this hotel with the worst recommendation and this is only because the girlfriend and I were stripped part valuables in the room after cleaning the room, so I can not believe there are any other than those tidying as has taken this. We were stripped up to 4 pairs of expensive solbiller which we unfortunately had not locked in the safe. I've never experienced anything like it and thought not so much on locking in glasses in the room. Otherwise I can not say anything else that the hotel itself is very nice and great, good breakfast buffet, pool area etc ... But I will NEVER to book this hotel again !!

Dear Mr. Erikson, First of all, I would like to thank you very much for choosing our hotel as your holiday destination. I am well aware of your case since I am the person who received your complaint and helped during your stay. I am so sorry that your glasses went missing during your holiday with us. Our staff is highly qualified and well trained to get the job done. We trust all members of our team and that is why the bad experience you had was particularly concerning. You started to miss your sunglasses from 21 pm, and after reading your room door we proved that no one from our staff had walked in. The cleaning service and mini bar restocking took place during the morning. After being realized that you were the only person who entered into the room and upon your request, we started searching them in the hotel where you previously stayed at and other possible places where you had recently been. Please be assured that we do care about the satisfaction of our guests and always follow up complaints and go above and beyond with our help. If there had been a theft and so were proved, we would had been the first to take matters in our own hands. The management is not responsible for the valuables if they are not left in the safety deposit box. While each hotel has its own procedures, it is generally the case. Staff were very busy which resulted in slower service and them appearing stressed. However, they were still good. This property NEEDS an adult only pool or lounge area. There were too many children everywhere. A heated pool would also be great. Overall not bad for the price.

Food for an all inclusive was EPIC, so much choice, premium seafood options, fresh bread, paella's were good. Our bathroom didn't smell great, bit damp and drain like though. Spa was a disappointment considering a premium €30, the thermal pool was super cold, the steam room wasn't very hot, and the sauna was lovely. Due to it being the last few nights before they shut for winter a lot of facilities were closed eg a la carte restaurants so it would have been good to know when we booked, just felt we didn't get the full choice of what we paid for. However I would go back, the service food and room were nice and super convenient for an early flight home.

The proximity to the beach, number of pools, quality of the buffet food (and variety) were all pluses. A junior sweet was big enough to comfortably sleep two adults and two children. The renovated rooms were clean and modern. Things may be different if visiting during peak summer months as our trip was the last week of October or if you are looking for something close to the nightlife or actuon of Ibiza. Beach is a 5 minute walk and had beautiful clear water and again was quiet with lots of space to enjoy it. Only real downside was availability of a la carte options. We were told to book as they are busy at check in. When checking the Hotel app there was no availability for the whole week we were there. We checked this just after arrival and check in. Guest services kindly put us on a waiting list and we managed to get an early reservation at one.

El personal en general amable, el hotel bonito y la comida en las noches rica. El problema fue que la playa frente al hotel está fea y el recorrido para llegar ahí también, si necesitas sillas o sombrillas te los cobran y eso debería de ser gratis para los huéspedes como lo hacen en el resto de hoteles. La piscina no es temperada. Lo licores que están incluidos son de baja calidad. Si pides room service no te cobran la comida pero si 14 euros de servicio..

Aunque no ofrecemos este servicio de forma gratuita, nos esforzamos por brindar una experiencia de calidad a nuestros huéspedes, además, tenga en cuenta que son licencias que otorga el ayuntamiento y en comparación con el resto de hoteles y clubes que hay en la playa, tienen el precio más económico de la zona al sólo cobrarles las tasas que impone el ayuntamiento.En cuanto a la piscina, es cierto que no está climatizada, pero ofrecemos varias piscinas en el resort para satisfacer las preferencias de nuestros huéspedes. Was nice definitely not a 5 star resort far from it not worth what they charge food is underwhelming floors to the room are all dirty staff at check in not very nice impossible to get a taxi waited over an hour would stay again if it was less then half the price I paid to stay there

Great all-inclusive! Taxis came by frequently to go into the city and clubs, however, the amenities offered were what made it worth it! Also - super close proximity to the beach. The only critique is that I wish we were informed more about things that was offered (we had access to the beach but not the benches umbrellas).

Hotel neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Betten sind sehr gut. Personal gibt sich mühe, hat aber den Ablauf noch nicht im Griff und sieht die Aufgaben nicht. Ineffizient. Was aber wirklich anstrengend ist, sind die aufdringlichen Vögel, die das Essen vom Tisch nehmen, wenn noch nicht abgeräumt ist.

Stay was excellent. The only issue I had was my shower drain was not working properly. I waited 3 hours for someone to come and look at it and no one came. I wet and complained about 4 times and still nothing so I had to deal with it all week. My brother in laws room had the same issue and they were complaining more than us because there’s was worse than ours and they eventually moved them to a different room the next evening.

The jacuzzi was broken. The whole time. They ignored us basically. On the last day they refunded us the difference of the room for having a jacuzzi outside. But I would rather it have worked. Nice people overall. Food was good

Le personnel était partout disponible et accueillant. L’accès aux restaurants en formule tout compris et piscine de l’hôtel voisin permet de casser la routine, qui s’impose en vacances. L’ensemble de l’établissement est très propre. La chambre dispose d’un balcon et d’une salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Seul surprise est de devoir payer les transats sur la plage.

FOOD POISONING
Absolutely shocking , my husband got food poisoning on the second day, so his confidence for the full holiday was very low and had no confidence in eating let alone the catering team behind the scenes . Having food poisoning made his nerves very bad of which his medication had to be doubled to get through the holiday at a 5 star all inclusive this is not acceptable. This was reported and the staff wasn’t remotely bothered apart from the the cleaner that was very helpful on a daily basis At all inclusive holiday and we struggled to get bottles of water of which was a necessity for my husband when I’ll. We found the hotel standard to be no where near the 5 star hotels we have stayed in previously. Overall a very poor experience on what should of been a relaxing 10 days

Clean relaxing hotel with great food !
Great hotel overall, the two standouts for me was the food as it was very very good every day, plus a 24 hour sports bar serving good food also, perfect for when you come in from a night out! The 2nd is the cleanliness, I couldn’t help but notice how hard the cleaning team are working, even the corridors smell nice !! I don’t often trip cleaners but I did this time. The location is really close to the main strip with big clubs. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the pool area, sun beds only 8 euros. Was nice to have shower room to use at the end of holiday as we had a late flight and we could still use all restaurants and facilities. Nice relaxed vibes at this hotel also. Would for sure come back.

Great stay!
Overall a great stay. I was a bit disappointed with our 'view' of what appeared to be a water retention area and too many mosquitoes to enjoy the patio. The room was clean, but somewhat dated. The artwork was hideous (literally looked like dark dirty stream of water stirring up the dirt on a river bottom!). The all-inclusive food options and drinks were all wonderful. It was great to have something available 24/7. Didn't get much time to spend at the pools, but appeared most chairs were 'taken' with towels, but no one actually utilizing them. It would be great if 'non-use' time limits were enforced to free up chairs to those who actually want to use them.

I must admit that I had a bit of an argument with the reception's employee on day 1, which soured me for a day or so. But the hotel is truly fantastic, great pools, great entertainment, great breakfast and dinner options. It is a short walk from Ushuaia, and smaller beach bars are on the hotel's beach, so it is great for party-goers. Impeccable condition of rooms, spacious and well lit. Overall it is a very commendable hotel, worth the high price.

From the moment we first walked thru the doors until our departure, the customer service was top notch. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great, the facilities were clean and comfortable. Even my fellow vacationers were happy and having a good time - which is testimony that the wonderful experience was nearly universal!!
