«This property is amazing! It is set in the hills of the Ozarks not far from the lake and shopping, but very private on 3 acres bordered by woods, creek and hay field. We had too terriers with us and they roamed until their hearts were content and had a real time trying to catch a groundhog. It was a great adventure for them and totally wore them out.The check-in was flawless, as Cindy had the lights on and house ready for us. She was thoughtful to leave a goody bag for us with delicious ...

«My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in the Cozy House on the Hill very much. It was absolutely clean, well stocked, warm (we appreciate the blanket on the couch), and inviting. Ironically enough the home was nearly set up identical to our own home. : ) Everything you could possibly need for a stay away from home was available to use- from dishes, laundry amenities, and personal hygiene things. «The yard is fenced, which is great. The steps to the back yard are steep though and the gate is hard to open and close, so be mindful of that. The house was very cozy and accommodating. Plenty of room and towels. The washer and dryer are a huge bonus. As are the thick blackout style curtains. Hosts are amazing at communicating and accommodating requests/questions. Front door is a bit tricky as its off hinge a bit. »
