«Med utgangspunkt i at dette er et apartment hotel, og ikke helt hotel standard, så var rommet helt topp. Beliggenheten var midt i sentrum, og litt inn en sidegate, så det var kort avstand og stille, trygt og godt. Det som trekker litt ned, er at det er slitt og gammel trappegang, og heisen er liten og virket bare ca 50%. Det er ikke resepsjon der, men i øverste etage "bodde" personalet. Det var bare å rope navnet hennes i gangen, så fikk du hjelp. Om hun ikke skjønte helt hva det var, ringte ...

«I’m staying in this hotel for the third time-it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-it’s not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!»
