The reservation stated there would be a bathtub, but I was assigned a room with a shower. The only drawback was getting there. The surrounding streets aren't paved; I think directions would have been very helpful. The only access is through the shopping center.»

«The property is well maintained and clean. The restaurant in the hotel is okay but they are very pushy on tips and did not appreciate that. The customer service in the restaurant was also okay as they were not very attentive. The TV in the room did not work and I had to ask for almost everything. The room has no hair dryer, not enough lights, excessive ants/bugs, and no mini fridge. Also, the location is not the best as there is not many walkable restaurants and activities.
