«The location of this specific property on a golf resort was very good but the unit itself was very stinky. Couches and fabric furniture was stained and smelly. Carpet as well. Even though the unit was smoking free there was a distinct cigarette smoking smell. Bathroom shower tiles has some mold. Bath towels definitely had musky, sour stink. Bedroom carpet very dirty. Needs serious deep cleaning and new sets of bath towels.»

«The location was fabulous..staying right on the beach was perfect for Long Beach days and the convenience of having a home base, no driving..very restorative watching the ocean change from calm to roaring waves. Things could have been upgraded, like the screen door, but I just focused on the beach. Being The last unit, we had views from both sides and plenty of deck space. I felt Very relaxed and restored! «The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It's on a charming street and is extremely close to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. I have no complaints about the place. One thing to note is the place is managed by a rental agency. This requires you to sign a contract and pick up and drop off keys at their office, which is about a mile away. «Great place to stay in the oceans edge property. It is quiet but still lots to do. The condo has all you need for a family with lots of games and very comfortable beds. The host was very attentive and check in was a breeze. The only reason I rated a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness was the deck wasn’t clean - although it was pollen season and hard to keep up with that.
