Sentrumsnært på Hvar
Enkelt og fint overnattingssted litt i utkanten av Hvar sentrum, man bruker ca 10 minutter å gå ned til havnen. Stille og rolig, air condition på rommet, tilgang til kjøleskap. Ikke frokost inkludert men det er en god italiensk restaurant (Primi piatti) ca fem minutters gange lenger bort

Beautiful location and excellent hosts
We stayed here for six nights in June 2019. The hosts sent us an informative e-mail after booking with all essential information on how to get there. Upon arrival at Hvar port we decided to take a taxi since we didn't want to carry our suitcases. When we arrived at Villa Lacman a sweet matronly lady greeted us. She had been expecting us all day and had a huge smile on her face when we arrived. She showed us to our room which was very clean and nice! The room had a small kitchen where we could cook breakfast and lunches and all necessary utensils was available either from the room or from the cozy backyard kitchen which all guests are free to use. Our host had even put some bottles of water and beer in the fridge for us to enjoy. Free of charge! The balcony had a very nice view over Hvar town and the bay. We spent many evenings there just enjoying the nice weather and the nice view. Villa Lacman is located just 5 minutes from the town center. A short walk through the small scenic streets of Hvar and you're in the middle of everything! Since it is a short walk away it is also very quiet (there where a lot of partying going on in the city center, but we never heard any of it when we wanted to sleep). The beach and sea is also very close. Just 5 minutes downhill. On our last night our host gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy on the balcony. Free of charge. This place is very very nice and we would stay here again! Highly recommended!

Fin beliggenhet, litt utenfor sentrum i Hvar, så man slipper støyet fra bla. nattklubbene. I tillegg er det kort vei til havet og supermarked. Rent rom og snille husverter. Anbefales!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room is spacious and clean and the bed is comfy. The balcony is very large and had some great seating to enjoy the view. The view of the town from the balcony is an added bonus. Would highly recommend staying here. The walk into town is short and very picturesque. Can’t say enough great things about this place. Would love to come back one day.

A basic property but it was clean and the staff friendly. My main criticism is that towels are not changed for 3 days and the bin in the bathroom is not emptied either.

Dear SandraWe clean all the rooms on the daily basics.Unfortunately we did not enter Your room bcs you specifically asked that for with the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door which was there all the time of your stay...If you didn't want to be distrubed in the room than You just could ask for the cleaning at specific hour as well ask for the towel with houskeeper, or my mother Lina or sent me email through Expedia or text message and You would be taken care immediately. Please, bare that in mind with future stay at some other property.Thank You for the visitBest RegardsAnte

가격대비 괜찮은 숙소
중심지에서 좀 떨어진 언덕에 위치한 곳이지만 다니기에 그렇게 힘들진 않았어요. 늦은 저녁에는 좀 외진 곳이라는 느낌이 들긴 합니다. 냉방 잘 되고, 호스트 친절하고, 흐바르 물가 생각하면 전체적으로 무난합니다.

Fijn verblijf gehad op Vila Lacman. Vriendelijk eigenaar. Appartement zag er schoon en netjes uit. Afstand naar het centrum is goed te doen. Ik zou dit verblijf aanraden.

Hospedagem simples em local com acesso limitado
Na descrição do hotel, na página do Hotéis.com, é informado que o hóspede deve entrar em contato com antecedência com a propriedade para combinar check in. Um dia antes, tentei contato pela própria página do hotéis.com e nada de resposta do hotel. Tentei então, pelo e-mail e pelo WhatsApp, e nada de novo. Faltando uma hora pra minha chegada no local, e com medo de ficar sem hotel, entrei em contato com a central de atendimento do hotéis.com e após uma longa e estressante tentativa, eles conseguiram falar com alguém que estava no local e me informaram que sempre fica alguém pra receber os hóspedes e que eu não precisaria me preocupar com isso. Está perfeito, desde que mudem o texto na página do hotéis.com, pois isso gerou estresse, um gasto com ligações internacionais desnecessários. Chegando ao local, realmente haviam pessoas do hotel e foram simpáticos e prestativos A estrutura do hotel é bem simples, mas funcional. Quarto pequeno, mas com uma varanda com vista parcial pro mar. Banheiro pequeno, mas funcional. Ar condicionado funcionou pro duas noites e uma esteve parado; devido a problemas elétricos da propriedade. Se algum hóspede que está no mesmo andar, mudar o seletor do ar condicionado para aquecer, por exemplo, toda a rede elétrica dos ares condicionados do mesmo andar caem e ficam inoperantes. Existe um aviso em cada quarto, mas mesmo assim, alguém mudou o seletor e ficamos por uma noite sem ar, no calor de 30 graus celsius.

Information on the hotel.com web page says to contact us - which could also mean to text messages us like 99,9% of the other guests do...And that would be more than enough. You broke the record in contact attmepts, out of all guests in 35 years that we are doing this business, not to mention that bcs of the serious private matter I couldn't be reached that day on the phone. Seconldy the air condition - and I explained that to you on the spot - immeidately next morning and here's one more time: due to a drop in the voltage of the electrical network in entire island the fuse has fallen down and turned your air con from cooling to heating mode. So Your statement:"If a guest on the same floor changes the air conditioning selector to heat, for example, the entire electrical network for the air conditioners on the same floor drops and becomes inoperative."is SIMPLY NOT TRUE!...All the best Ante, owner

Perfect short stay
Very nice and flexible family to welcome you. The balcony is a plus. Do take in mind the 10 min steep walk to and from the center. Also the hallway can be noisy with other guests. Other than that very nice experience!

Good apartment
My partner and I had a really nice stay in Vila Lacman. The room had all of the basics, a really comfy bed and a nice balcony space. A short 10-minute walk to the restaurants and bars along the seafront and the main square. The Lacman family were really good hosts and always happy to chat.

Vila Lacman was perfect for our stay. It is up a steep hill so if you have walking difficulties it may not be for you. But it is only a 10 minute, very safe walk up hill from Hvar Town. From the room we had we had a beautiful view across the town and harbour. And the lady who run the Vila was delightful.

Nice room with good facilities and fab views
We stayed for four nights. The room was clean bright and airy with great views from the balcony. Excellent facilities provided and use of shared kitchen. The bathroom was great and the bed really comfortable. The proximity to beaches and town and various bars and restaurants was a decent walk away ( in various directions!). And there was a small grocery store 200 m away for the less mobile or energetic. Our hosts were helpful and charming. They very kindly provided beach towels which was a nice unexpected touch.

Be a part of the neighborhood family.
Only a short walk uphill (and up steps!) … but on the positive side you are halfway up to the fortress path only a short 5 minute (flat) walk away! The family is very kind and very precise. We enjoyed our stay, the small balcony, hotpot & dishes (bring your own coffee/tea). Short walk to grocery too! Great views from balcony. Lovely stay.

Perfect room in a safe, quiet neighbourhood
It was such a nice stay for me! I loved the quiet location and the neighbourhood felt safe. The room was nice and I especially enjoyed my own balcony. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Hvar, all in all it was a five star experience!

Andra gången jag bodde här. Bra läge, en liten bit från centrum så lugnt. Jättetrevlig familj som har stället. Extremt rent. Enkelt men mysigt rum och en liten balkong med havsutsikt. Mycket prisvärt, kommer att bo här nästa gång också.

A real family home turned family hostel just far enough away from the centre to escape the hum of party music but a short walk from the beautiful coastline. The owners are available and kind, but never intrusive, open to sharing stories about the country and their lives, finding you a cup of tea, or giving recommendations on what to see and do. Come in November if you want some free lemons, grown right over the well equipped kitchen and barbecue which is available for use. The rooms are cleaned daily, comfortable, well maintained, with pleasant balconies, a small fridge, utensils for breakfast, and an air conditioner. There's a first aid kit by the door and a cat close by at all times. It feels like nothing is missing. A treat overall, at all times.

Great stay with sea view
Great stay close to the city center (down-hill). Lovely people. Clean and comfortable stay. Little fridge in the room for convenience. Quite a bit of stairs to the room but the view was great. Felt a bit like a hostel with all the rules (including fines) hanging on the walls in the room but I guess that is needed... There is no private parking next to the complex, but there are some public spots and further away you have more options.

We would like to thank the owners of Villa Lacman for our lovely stay this week. The room was faultless, impeccably clean and tidy and in a great location, only 5-10 min walk from all the restaurants and bars. Croatian hospitality is second to none and we cannot wait to return!

Très bon séjour à la vila Lacman ! Notre appartement était propre et très confortable, avec un balcon, ce qui était très appréciable et proche du centre de Hvar (10min à pied). Je recommande vivement !
