The space
This home will accommodate your group comfortably with sleeping arrangements for up to 12 people with 3 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, upstairs balcony, downstairs patio plus a spacious kitchen and living room open area on the main level. Our home offers a fully functional kitchen with traditional drip coffee maker, high-speed internet, 4 Roku smart TVs, luxury bedding and even pool towels!

Included at no additional cost in the community area are a fitness center, locker room with showers, indoor kitchen with dining area, foosball and pool table, outdoor BBQ area with seating, and the LARGEST private resort pool in the state of Utah including a splash pad, slide and large lazy river. The pool & all amenities are open 365 days a year from 9 am to 10 pm. The fitness center can be accessed at 6am.

Boat, Trailer, & RV Parking: The home has a 2-car garage. There is also additional parking on a first come - first serve basis. There is a designated area for boat, trailer, and RV parking located in the dirt lot in Zion Village Resort. We are not liable for any damaged equipment or the inability to store boats, trailers, or RVs in the designated area.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire property with the exception of closet under the stairs/linen closet.
There are NO shared spaces in the home and all in-home amenities are available to use.

Guest have full access to pool and clubhouse amenities - pool, lazy river, splash pad, water slide, pool chairs and umbrellas, BBQ area, firepit, fitness center, lounge, pool table and more.
Other things to note
* Dates you want are not available? We have an identical property that is new so the calendar is more open and likely available.

--> We do not accept Check-ins or Check-Outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. I am sure you understand the importance of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with family.
