«The only problem was we were expecting a gas grill in the back and it was a nice charcoal grill. We golfed 36 holes before getting to the house at 7:30 pm and we just didn't have the energy or time to get a charcoal grill started. We didn't want to go out after packing our meal for the house. We found everything we needed to prepare it on the stove.»

«The heat was off, the house was freezing. The thermostat had a low battery, had to take batteries out of a remote to get it to work. It was difficult to figure out. A large clump of hair was in the shower. The room with the bunk bed was extremely hot and the bed is loud every time you move. There was one pod for coffee and no cream and sugar.
