"Had to argue to get the 10% discount for food in the restaurant (as all hotel-guests get). First they say you don’t get discount if you wait in the restaurant and bring the food to your room yourself (they charge extra for this), and when you do finally get the discount- they «forget» to give it for the softdrinks, and only give it for the food (you’re suppose to get 10% for food AND drink in the hotel-restaurant). Ended up buying dinner 12 nights at a different restaurant with good service.
Also- loud music until 01:30 in the morning several days in a row is not a pleasant way to get sleep (rooms are NOT sound-proof, even with windows shut). Reception can’t/wont do anything about it, as it «is the livelihood of the bars».
If you’re looking for a relaxed holiday without hassle, this is not it.
On the plus side: room is clean, roof-top is a nice place for breakfast. "
