«The house was clean and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The great room has a large TV and was comfortable. The host Stephen was quick to respond to a question that we had about the vehicle parking clearance below the home. Gentleman Pirate was perfect for our stay 12/28/25 - 1/2/26.»

«The place is very cute and clean. Great location! The owner is very responsive and friendly. There were some miscommunications between the cleaning staff and the owner regarding preparations for our visit, and some issues with the water heater, but both were resolved quickly. »

«This was THE perfect house for our long weekend at the beach. The property manager communicated with us via email, text and phone often.
Upon arrival we foubd the property exactly as listed and well cleaned.
The location - about a block from the beach - was perfect for us.
The house itself is well laid out, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. With 1 boy and 2 teenage daughters, this worked well. The girls had their own "wing" of the house.
