Bracondale er et stort familiehus med seks soverom og fire bad, inkludert to master-soverom med havutsikt og eget bad. Ligger i et fredelig boligområde på Boston Square, overfor Millennium Sensory Gardens, er det bare en kilometer fra sentrum av den viktorianske kystbyen Hunstanton med sitt store utvalg av butikker, puber, restauranter og fornøyelser, men er likevel mindre enn 165 meter til sandstranden. Lovely house, great location, the rooms were huge, plenty of room for 6 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs. There's lots of things to do and places to visit in the area. We were lucky enough to get wall to wall sunshine, if anything it was too hot at times!
Absolutely perfect house for a family and friends get together (x12 of us with a mix of adults, teenagers and children).
Perfect location for Hunstanton and getting to other locations such as Thornham and Brancaster. We will definitely be contacting the owners again for further stays at this amazing house.
This house was just perfect for our family weekend celebrating an 80th birthday with 4 generations.
Big rooms, lots of space, lovely garden and thick walls so very soundproof - we had a 19 month old and a dog and all slept well.
Location is superb, sea views from some rooms and just minutes from the seafront and the town centre.
Highly recommend this place for large groups be it family or friends.

Fantastic Property - Ideal for a family stay and in a perfect location
The property was perfect for what we needed; close to the sea and the town centre, and a short walk to Old Hunstanton and the dunes. A large enough property to house a family gathering, with some lovely original features and well appointed with books, games and a pool table. Would highly recommend.
We had plenty of room for the ten of us. The house was situated in a lovely area of Hunstanton. There was so much to do in the area. We loved the fact that we could just walk two minutes down the road to buy a lovely ice cream.
This is our second year in a row staying at Bracondale. Lovely house in a perfect location. Our party consists of 6 adults, a 3 year old, her new baby brother and three small dogs. Perfect for (constant) trips to the park! We look forward to coming again.
Lovely house, great to be so close to the sea. Highly recommend. The only complaint would be there were no bin bags, dishwasher tablets and couldnt find the hair dryer
Weve stayed in many holiday properties over the years. This one gets the "Wow!" factor for the size of the rooms, the pool table, kitchen equipment and of course the sunset views over the sea from the lounge.
It was also great to have both a garden and parking as the extended family came together from various corners of England (and China!)
We had a lovely Christmas break in Hunstanton. The house was in a great proximity to the town and beach which catered for all the different generations. The house itself was lovely and clean with a generous kitchen filled with all we could need. The house was lovely and warm despite its spacious size. The two living rooms were very handy and the pool table was a lovely distraction from the TV!
We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return there one day.
What a perfect house practically next to the sea and so close to everything in the town. Really helpful owners. Dog friendly. Clean and everything fresh and refurbished. We will be back. Thank you so much 😊
We were a group of 6 adults and 6 children ages 7 and 3. We had a wonderful holiday. The communication with the owners was great. The house is in an excellent location, across the road from the beach, a walk into town and near enough to places to visit. We visited Sandringham a few times for walks, went to Holkham beach. The house itself was huge! The bedrooms were great, having the two living rooms, we had more than enough space for everyone. The kitchen was all well equipped for our large group. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back here. Thanks so much for a fab holiday!

This is our second stay here, and although the house is lovely and perfectly sized for our family of 12, it lacks some TLC. We were disappointed to find that even the basics were missing: no soap in any of the bathrooms, no dishcloths or spare tea towels, and only 3 dishwasher tablets.My 82-year-old mother found the bed so uncomfortable and lumpy that she had to put the duvet on it to try to sleep, and there were no spare sheets or blankets available. Typically, when you rent a property, you expect basic pantry items like salt and pepper, as well as essentials like tin foil and kitchen roll. Unfortunately, this property had none of these, which was disappointing.Despite these issues, we had a pleasant stay, but attention to these details would have made it much more enjoyable.
Three generations came together for a family Christmas gathering. The house was perfect for our group. Having 2 lounges enabled some quiet paper reading while others were playing pool. The 2 floors of bedrooms was ideal as the small children were able to be on one floor. Everyone slept well. We cooked a full Christmas dinner and really appreciated the double oven. There was plenty of hot water, as others say the shower pressure in the en-suite was not as good as the main bathroom but several enjoyed having a bath. The location was ideal we enjoyed a blustery walk along the seafront and were just minutes from the local shops and cafes. All the family from toddler to retirees loved the house and we went through the availability calendar to try and find a weekend for 2023 as we all want to return.
Great property in convenient central location with the benefit of parking.
Immediate response from owner who fixed a problem with a running tap within hours of being informed. 10 adults and 1 teenager and 1 Shih tzu very happy with our spacious rooms and facilities. When we arrived the rubbish bin had not been emptied probably because it had been inside the boundary of the property instead of being pushed outside of the gates. Not a problem as it was a large commercial bin with room for a few more bin bags. The owner did offer to arrange an extra collection for us. Family made use of the snooker table and great selection of books. Really appreciated the little extras like the Alexa device in the kitchen and plenty of toilet rolls. The house in general is probably due for a lick of paint, but we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again. Would recommend.
