«This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. I was waiting at call center for more than 1 hr and line was cut and no one return my call. I am consider to move my booking somewhere else. Call me at +65 80280056»

«This was a very disappointing stay. The property is run-down and far from what I would consider “luxury.” There was a persistent moldy smell, and the bedding and towels felt old and worn out. Communication with the manager, Kelvin, was inconsistent. At times, he was unresponsive, and reaching him by phone was difficult. Additionally, the stove was not functioning, which was inconvenient. The only positive aspect was the location, which was decent. However, overall, I would not recommend staying ...

Anmeldelser av populære hoteller i Hulu Langat

Star Suites KLCC

10/10 Utmerket

"Amazing apartment. Big, spacious, very well-equipped. Very good pools, gym. Fabulous location. Extremely affordable for being 5*. Will stay here next time, for sure."

JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur

8/10 Bra

"We booked two rooms for three nights. Unfortunately, the check-in process took quite a long time, and by the time we finally received our rooms, we were already a bit disappointed. Our rooms were located on the third floor with no view, which was not what we had hoped for. Additionally, the rooms had an outdated smell, especially in the bathroom, which made the stay less comfortable. Breakfast was served in what felt like a basement, and the selection was just so-so, which added to the overall underwhelming experience. On a positive note, the location was excellent, and we ended up spending most of our time outside exploring the city"
