«The property has potential to be much better, but there was bare minimum essentials, linen, towels and basic cutlery and cooking utensils. No anti-bacterial handwash, paper towels, cleaning equipment, hair conditioner & body wash was provided. The door handle was not properly installed and was very loose.»
