«$40 per hour late check out was rough but everything else was nice.»

«We were initially placed in a hallway where construction was taking place, and the room was quite dusty. Thankfully, we were able to move to a different floor, which was much nicer, although it was right next to a very loud elevator. The pool area was beautiful, but the layout was inconvenient. You have to walk through the cold pool to access three of the hot tubs, which wasn’t ideal. We also ate at the poolside restaurant, and while the food was great, the pigeons were aggressive and ...

«The hotel is okay. It's not a fancy hotel with many amenities, which is fine because its price is competitive compared to other hotels on the island. In my opinion, it would be perfect if it were cleaner. The bedsheets and pillowcases were stained, as were some of the towels, and the shower was gross, especially the walls. The room also had a weird smell. They offer complimentary coffee in the mornings, which is a nice touch. The AC worked perfectly, I didn't have any issues with parking (it ...

«Only positive thing-room was clean. Overall view-the accommodations looked like a jail cell. No windows to speak of. The air conditioner lacked controls. Would not recommend this motel to my worst enemy. Have second thoughts of using Expedia in the future.»

«We got partial beach view room but paid for beach view room.»

«The resort has some great features, especially the beautiful pools and the excellent check-in experience. The welcome was warm and made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the evenings were disappointing. There was very little nightlife, no real bar atmosphere, and almost everything closed by 9:00 p.m., which made the resort feel quiet much too early. The drinks at the bar were also below expectations, and the bartenders and bar staff didn’t seem particularly engaged or enthusiastic, which ...

«Professional staff. Clean room. Relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful property.»

«Absolutely loved our 5 night stay at Koa Kea! It is such a lovely, small resort. Right on the ocean, just a few short steps to beautiful beaches with sea turtles, monk seals, great snorkeling and surfing. The resort staff was very friendly and so helpful!»

«Clean and great location.»

«We are checking out today after a two week stay. It has been wonderful! The reason I scored a four overall was because the exhaust fan from the room below made a humming noise in our master bedroom closet. We had to run the air conditioner to offset the sound. We did report it, but it happened multiple times so I doubt there’s anything they can do about it. Also, they do have one very nice pool, but the maximum depth is 4 1/2 feet. They offer water aerobics, but the pool was not deep enough to ...
